The worst customer service ever!!!

I called the customer service asked question about my order and they were very disrespectful and rude! I paid more for a week rush delivery and after 2 weeks of placing my order, they shipped the order and sent email that I will receive the order 10 days after which doesnt make sense!

Will never order anything from this manufacturer! The customer service yelled at me and when I said I would like to talk to your manager, he said I am the owner of the company!!!

Awful Customer Service

I went to order water polo caps and they online system was confusing. I thought I ordered one home and one away with my team number on it and player customization.

They called me at work the next morning and I couldnt answer, the guy then emails me and tells I ordered 2 home caps. I didnt understand and asked for clarification and didnt really get any except the website is tricky and it was my mistake and to fix it, I would have to cancel the order and pay the restocking fee, its only like $7 but it was the principle of the matter that it was their website layout that lead to my confusion. When I finally got on break and called I got chewed out over the phone and berated about how I need to take responsibility for my own actions like he was scolding some erroneous child. I finally got him to speak to me properly as an adult and he said he could make the change to one home and one away cap.

However.. 15 mins later I get an email stating this is NOT possible and I have to cancel the order and start over with the $7 processing fee. At this point Im done, one of my colleagues heard the whole thing and was amazed this company is still in business. At this point the $7 is the fee I have to pay to stop this guy from yelling at me, it is what it is.

My team is going to find a new business to work with. This is unacceptable treatment.

Overstepped boundaries

Been using them for two years for our club team and was about to use them for our high school team. A problem arose when we kept the sizing kit past the 60 days.

On the 62nd day, they wrote to one of our clients and told them they could not ship their suit because the club had unpaid bills.

Which was $800+ for a sizing kit being used to bring them business.

For them overstepping boundaries with us, our board has voted to cut ties with agon. It was a hostile sales tactic to get a reply, and we will not deal with that kind of company.

I have been a customer of Agon swim for 8 years, during that time they have forgotten to complete parts of my orders. They will usually rush the order after the fact and cover the costs, but this time they really messed up.

They forgot to send an invoice for a purchase order. I followed up and they sent the invoice information, and proceeded to charge my debit card. So, they double charged me, since the purchase order was already submitted, and they charged by debit card. The cost was reimbursed when I brought it to their attention, but I was overdrawn and it will take three business days to have access to my money.

So, I have to go a while weekend without my funds.

When I asked the CEO of the company to rectify this, he said there was nothing more he could do. I will never trust this company with my business again.

Ordered a wrong swim suit....after paying for it and having it shipped...return policy is ridiculous! Not asking for a refund just switch suits.

First and last time I will order from Agon. Coach said we don't need to order, not mandatory.

Agon Swim Company - Changed ink colors didn't match

I have been ordering from this company for 2 different swim teams for almost 10 years!! This year the colors of the suits are different.....

so half of the team has old colors and the new team members have the "new" color. It took 3 days for someone to get back to me and only after I emailed and called 3 times and it wasn't even my sales rep that contacted me!! It's my fault because I ordered from the website and not directly over the phone (which I've been doing for the past 3 years) They will replace the order but only after I send the wrong color back......another 2 months later!!! Now what do I do, either half the team doesn't have suits for the first half of the season or go with 2 DRASTICALLY different orange colors in our already "custom" suit.

Very poor customer service!

Paid for Sizing kit, they addressed it wrong and made me pay for shipping

Paid almost $1000 for a sizing kit. They addressed the package wrong only using half of the address and getting that wrong.

Sizing kit never got back to me and I ended up having to pay $130 total because I had to pay for shipping back. They refused to refund the shipping even though it was their error. Told me I was supposed to confirm the shipping address even though that was never relayed to me. They just shipped it out and when the error cropped up (because the tracking service flagged the address error) they blamed me for it and said I should have checked the address.

A little too late once it was already sent. We purchased 50 suits from a different company.

Agon Swim Company - Shipping Service Review

Custom suits? Joke!

I went to a fitting and ordered suit for my child when she arrived it was itty bitty, my child could not even get a leg into her suit!

when I told them I wanted to return it they told me I had to pay a fee to restock it and pay for the shipping myself, unless they made a mistake.

As far as I'm concerned yes they did make a mistake they gave me a microscopic suit and I paid more than $50 for and now their customer service is no help to me whatsoever. avoid avoid avoid!

Agon Swim Took My $ And Didn't Send Ordered Goods

Placed order for swimming uniform required by son's school Swim Team. Order never arrived. Contacted Agon Swim Co. Told the order shipped, but Agon couldn't verify.

Order never arrived. Requested Agon Swim to

re-ship or return my money. Agon representative "Rafa" extremely rude and mean!

Refusing to refund or re-ship. Only re-fill order if we paid again for same order. Offered discount on Re-Order. Meaning we would have to pay Twice for the original order. No order, means son kicked off team all because of Agon Swim. My kid suffers for their $#@!&!@ error. Bad.
