Overstepped boundaries

Been using them for two years for our club team and was about to use them for our high school team. A problem arose when we kept the sizing kit past the 60 days. On the 62nd day, they wrote to one of our clients and told them they could not ship their suit because the club had unpaid bills. Which was $800+ for a sizing kit being used to bring them business. For them overstepping boundaries with us, our board has voted to cut ties with agon. It was a hostile sales tactic to get a reply, and we will not deal with that kind of company.

Check their work. They make mistakes!

I have been a customer of Agon swim for 8 years, during that time they have forgotten to complete parts of my orders. They will usually rush the order after the fact and cover the costs, but this time they really messed up. They forgot to send an invoice for a purchase order. I followed up and they sent the invoice information, and proceeded to charge my debit card. So, they double charged me, since the purchase order was already submitted, and they charged by debit card. The cost was reimbursed when I brought it to their attention, but I was overdrawn and it will take three business days to have access to my money. So, I have to go a while weekend without my funds. When I asked the CEO of the company to rectify this, he said there was nothing more he could do. I will never trust this company with my business again.
