Phone shipping address and billing address were switched in error!
GET A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!!!
WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS A PROBLEM THEY NEED A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER NOT A BUNCH OF DEAD ENDS!
MORE FRIGGIN' ORDER IS HEADED TO THE WRONG LOCATION AND THERE'S APPARENTLY NOT A *** THING I CAN DO TO STOP IT BECAUSE I CANNOT REACH A *** HUMAN. THERE'S YOUR "MINIMUM CHARACTERS"!!

They didn't include the promised accessory kit.
They ran a special which included a charging dock, ear buds, a phone pouch, and bike mount. None of these items were received with the phone.
The company won't respond either. Poor customer relations and the phone number doesn't work.
User's recommendation: Stay away from the AGM store!
