Looking to see how to send my scope in for repairs
- - I love my thermal scope and use it.
- - It survived a drop on ice and damaged the battery pack; I want repair options and internal checks in Wisconsin.
Im not having the best of luck. I broke my power cord inlet and I am willing to pay to have it fixed but seems like I'm not getting anywhere
I love my thermal scope, I use it a lot. So to the point, I have been super careful with it.
I slipped on the ice hunting coyotes one night and the scope hit the ice hard but still worked. I went out last night and tripped on a fence. I have a battery pack that takes a cell phone charger that plugs into the side of the scope. It was damaged.
I want to know if I can send it in to be repaired? Im in Wisconsin.
And maybe have the entire scope gone through it still works but I want to make sure i didn't break anything else. On the inside.
