Shipment arriving not as promised
Made an order for 2 day shipping on a Wednesday. Was notified that I am not getting my shipment until the following Monday.
Contacted customer service and they were not understanding very nonchalant. If I would have know they would take so long to ship I would have just paid for next day shipping.

I have a time sensitive question. I want to place an order today to get it for my daughters birthday.
But there is no way to get a hold of anyone. Apparently it is considered great costumer service that they leave someone randomly waiting ( with not time or date that may be convenient Or that u can plan for ) for a return call within 2-3 business days
Preferred solution: Someone on the phone . A contact number that actually answers . A timely help for any questions about something before you placing an order . Basic concept customer service.
Refund
I would like to return this order. Could you please send me return label? I sent email yesterday to your company but didnt receive any response

AG doesnt care about us, the customer. Wont take calls and give you a prerecorded message telling you to email and will take them 1-3 days to respond.
If this policy doesnt change Ill start purchasing from a competitor of yours who will actually take a call from customers when assistance is needed. Major fail on AGs part.
There is no terms of service to read
I tried calling ag jeans as well . But couldnt leave a message.
So thats why I left one here . I was put on hold for a long time and then got a record with no chance to leave a message saying they would get back to me in 2-3 business days . Not sure when they count that from
or how they count that .
So it could be as late as Monday. Doesnt help when you have a pertinent time sensitive question / clarification because you want to place the order in time to ship out today for a birthday.

It is very hard to exchange sizes I cant seem to get anyone on the phone as well as the email address you provided . Please provide people with write information so they can communicate with the merchant.

Love the jeans but to exchange for different size is very frustrating. I called the number on your site and it was a recording then they give you an incorrect email . I think I finally got the right email but lets see how long it take to get back to me .

This company has a phone number that directs all calls to customer service to email and gives the email address. Emails are not answered or replied to.
Someone in my family purchased a jacket as a gift that did not have a button. I sent the jacket back almost a month ago and cannot get any information regarding the replacement.

Impossible to reach a customer service representative given all the barriers AG has created. Will not buy AG again even though I like their clothing.
Simply wanted to apply a coupon code for 10% to a large order I just placed--apparently under the coupon code wrong and failed to notice.
I cannot reach anyone to help me apply this to refund the 40 or $50 I would've received on this order. No more AG.

I received a jacket for a Christmas gift that did not have a button. I emailed customer service and got a prompt response and instructions to return the jacket which I did.
Jacket was received by vendor according to Federal Express tracking. Since then, customer service has ignored a minimum of a half a dozen emails.
They do not offer support over the phone. Another company that wants your money, but does not want to stand behind their product.
