Agility 360 Execs are Incompetent and Ruthless - Carrollton, TX

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Agility 360 Execs are incompetent and ruthless and they left a trail of misery across two states. Their last venture, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, went bankrupt. According to News Reports out of Florida, workers say that companies in Florida 'didn't like the way the Texas guys did business' and started to yank contracts as soon as they entered the state. The company was filled with nepotism and many of the execs displayed racist tendencies as well. There are news reports showing hundreds of their former workers walking out with boxes because these guys were too inept to do their job and manage the company effectively. According to Bankruptcy filings these Agility 360 execs stiffed not only their workers but the cities in which they operated in and their investors as well. Everyone lost out. Now they attack those who speak the truth about them. Do your research on these men. They are not good or decent men. They are greedy, ruthless, shady and incompetent men who go from startup to startup stealing money and defrauding their workers. They are quite evil as well. Don't trust them.

The Executives of Agility 360 are in my opinion Fraudsters and *** Men. They have very poor execution skills and they are masters of deception. They rushed to start this new company, Agility 360 in Carrollton, TX, after their previous company, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors was driven into the ground. They stiffed their lenders and their workers. They left everyone holding the bag. They took the money and ran. This new venture, Agility 360, is just a new hustle for them. They had the website created overnight after Wingspan filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. When these men led Wingspan Portfolio Advisors into Florida it was an abysmal failure. They went from boom to bust overnight. Now tell me this - how can they save your business when they could not save their own? They are not experts. Especially Justin Belter and Jason Dickard. Steven Horne took these young guys and paid professional spin masters to lie about their backgrounds and put out professional business profiles for these men backed up with professional photos to pass them off to the unsuspecting public as 'seasoned professionals and executives' when in fact they were not. Steven Horne wanted to put forth a face to the public that he had an 'experienced team'with him. One that he could not afford at the time so he chose to take these young guys and repackage them. Even Steve Horne was a professional FRAUDSTER. These men do not have the background of 'seasoned professionals'. Everything about THEM and about Agility 360 is a LIE. They are HUSTLERS. FRAUDS. *** MEN. I wouldn't trust these men to run a dog park. Much less let them into my business to try and fix ANYTHING. No one with their background could get hired as a janitor yet they can put forth a lie to the public about their past and have it be believed. Even JP Morgan Chase DUMPED THEM with a QUICKNESS. When they went down into Florida they were losing contracts left and right. One worker in Florida said that these men 'turned off many companies' by how they did business. Companies started to YANK CONTRACTS. These are some SLEAZY DUDES.

Agility 360 - Customer Care Review from Mooresville, North Carolina

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Don't trust these men. They have a terrible track record. They tanked their last company, stiffed their workers and investors, and were so incompetent in their duties that their company, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, spectacularly crashed and burned a few years after it was founded. The executives of Agility 360 were either pushed out or jumped ship. Most likely forced out as Wingspan missed it's very first loan payment, and jittery investors called for a sudden change of leadership; from the CEO on down to the Executive team. After being 'forced out' of Wingspan, These men then quickly tried to distance themselves from their past failures by placing all the blame on Wingspan's CEO. If Wingspan would have been a success they would have done the reverse and tried to take all the credit. The only thing Agility 360 Executives are 'experts at', in my opinion, are duping others out of money. Now in classy fashion these men attack the workers they left high and dry, from Florida to Texas, by insinuating everyone who posts a critical review of them were 'failures' at their jobs. When in fact it they - the EXECUTIVES - who failed at their jobs by sinking the company and duping their workers and investors and even the towns in which they operated. Please research these men before you place your trust in them. Please look at the string of apartment Evictions one of their executives with his wife have left across Texas. Even when this executive was a senior executive with Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, he was having evictions filed on him by Colonnade at Willow Bend, Collin County, Precinct 4, for a measly $800.00 in rent. Further checking shows a STRING of evictions throughout Texas. They ALL have a history of negligence and mismanagement. The issue is this - these men are not and were not 'seasoned executives'. WPA 's CEO was a wizard at taking inexperienced, low cost employees and after working his wizardry online (professional linkedin pages, fake companies created with fake online profiles and web pages) to give these guys the 'image' and job history to drum up business. These guys were about as 'unseasoned' as they came, which is why they could offer no assistance when Wingspan was sinking. All they ever did was basic administrative tasks. It was all an inside job. Your friend creates the company and he can give you whatever 'title' you need to lure banks and investors to pump money into you, and to allow you to finance a lifestyle you can't possibly afford in titles that were not earned, and which are far above your pay and skill-set. And now these guys, after crashing Wingspan Portfolio Advisors into the ground, are off on another hustle and attacking those who try to warn the public about them. Please don't trust them. Dear Agility 360 Executives - answer this question -> Since you love attacking those employees who have left critical reviews of you and how despicable you treated them, before you left them high and dry as 'UNSECURED CREDITORS' in your bankruptcy, where YOU were paid, and YOUR EMPLOYEES WEREN'T - were ALL of these workers who number in the hundreds and who span two states, who have been very vocal about how the've been treated - awful workers? Strange. I seem to remember the workers working hard under constant threats while hearing you Executives in the back laughing and joking with each other, SLACKING while we were working. You guys have no class.

This is so untrue, i believe you wrote other posts on a different site regarding two main people (Jason Dickard and Justin Belter) and it's so sad that you have spent your life (the last 5+ years) just crucifying them. 1.) They did not own Wingspan, they worked there.

2.) Yes, they held VP, SP titles but they did not have anything to do with pay (that's HR sweetie) So no they did not scam or rip employees out of money. I for sure was paid for the 4 years that I worked there. All my friends (which were many) some that started when Wingspan first went into Business got paid. if you didn't get paid you should have filed a claim with the Labor Board as it's illegal not to pay you!!

3.) The 4 you name (Cesar Hernandez, who left why before the BK filing, Jason Dickard is no longer associated with either company, Justin Belter and Raj) are not the ones that lost contracts. The company hired a big wig that was to bring in some major business, he ended up not bringing in any new business and costed Wingspan some major salary for him just to negotiate a bigger salary with his old company. Sounds to me you don't know your facts as you think you do, I know much more but will not disclose it!!!! But the down fall of Wingspan was not from the 4 your listed, and if they were truly so bad all Steve Horn had to do was release them, after all it was his company and should have known exactly where his business stood financially.

So sorry, you are placing blame where it does not belong!!! But dude, stop spending this energy and time on trying to destroy these people. Its very sad to know you spent all this time trying to discredit them. Time you will never get back on lies that you spread as you do not know the truth on what actually transpired.

Wasted energy and time of your life you will never get back based on false opinions in your head. Sad you have to stalk there Facebook profiles for pictures. Oh and the last thing I have to say, we all had our pictures done not only the Executives.

At least at the beginning we did, I don't recall towards the end. KNOW the facts before you spread rumors about people.

Short Review on December&nbs-05:00;21,&nbs-05:00;2016

The firm had staffed its employees with clients under an independent contractor (1099) basis. It is no different than claiming to be a small business owner, artist, or contract musician before the IRS. Very risky, be careful. Get all the facts during an interview before accepting a position.

It's so funny to see the *** stuff people will write because they were probably terrible employees... I know these guys, and they work hard. They hold people accountable, and some folks unfortunately cannot handle responsibility... ie, see the first review. I wish people would put all this focus and energy into actually working hard and trying to better others, not lie about them. So ridiculous. I have watched this same person write the same lies on multiple websites about these guys FOR YEARS. Get a life, because it is obvious you do not have one with all your slander and hate. Oh, and to post pictures like that... just horrible.

The Executives heading this company were Executives at the failed mortgage company called Wingspan Portfolio Advisors in Carrollton, Texas. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and is now out of business. The company was embroiled in controversy before it's closing due to mismanagement of funds. I question the integrity, the ethics and the executive abilities of the men who have left Wingspan (rumored to have been forced out) and who have now thrown together this new company called Agility 360 which is located in 2828 E Trinity Mills Rd #315, Carrollton, TX 75006. I have first hand knowledge of how these men operate and who they are as people and I would implore any company looking to do business with them to first review their online history and backgrounds (especially Justin Belter and Jason Dickard) before giving them any business. Review what JP Morgan Chase employees said about them as well when they came down to Florida doing business. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors is now out of business and shortly after the Ch. 7 bankruptcy and laying off their workers and shutting their doors their execs have started Agility 360. Ask yourself why would men, who are touting their business 'expertise', were not able to save their previous company. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors was full of Negligence, Abuse, Greed, and Unethical behavior in my honest and sincere estimation. In my opinion these are not 'good men' nor 'capable businessmen'. You risk endangering your company's online profile and their reputation by doing business with Agility 360. The Executives Are Justin Belter, Jason Dickard, Cesar Hernandez and Raj Sharma. PLEASE RESEARCH THESE MEN AND THEIR HISTORY BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR HARD EARNED REPUTATION.

Agility360 is a great company with great Leaders!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I personally have experience working with these guys from Agility360 at Wingspan. What most people think are these guys were the demise of Wingspan but people don't do their research because if they did they would learn is was the CEO's sole responsibility along with the CFO that brought the demise to Wingspan. Ex-Wingspan employees need to get facts straight & move on with their lives. The leaders at Agility360 are NOT only fair & just but enjoy their work, helping others and don't deserve the online bullying. Please learn the facts about why Wingspan failed, look at the Owner Steve Horne! http://www.housingwire.com/articles/31581-sources-wingspan-ceo-and-founder-steve-horne-ousted. It's painful & scary to be laid off but what they don't understand and it's not up the Managers, it comes from the very top level, i.e. CEO and CFO on how money is spent or not spent. The guys that are referred to in this article DID NOT make these decisions, it pained them to see employees leave!

Correction:

The men running Agility 360 NOW 'WERE' the very TOP MANAGERS. They were all VICE PRESIDENTS and EXECUTIVES.

It was as much THEIR JOB to steer the ship as it was Steve Horne. In fact, Steve Horne ENTRUSTED THESE MEN with STEERING THE SHIP AND THEY FAILED.

Don't try to downplay all those 'fancy titles' they were given now when it is convenient for you to do so. The fact remains that Cesar Hernandez, Justin Belter, Jason Dickard and Raj Sharma were SENIOR EXECUTIVES at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors and they too are to blame for Wingspan crashing and burning.

NONE OF THEM KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. They were losing contracts left and right. Companies were dropping Wingspan faster than hot coal. Read the many complaints about the way these men TREATED THEIR EMPLOYEES even DEFRAUDING both the Federal and State Governments by intentionally miss-classifying workers to get tax credits.

Shoving hard working employees out the door and running new ones through every six months in a line and as one Florida worker put it they all felt like CATTLE. WE DID TOO.

Justin Belter and Jason Dickard LIED about their experience and Steven Horne KNEW THIS but he felt he could get INEXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT and PACKAGE THEM like they were EXPERIENCED and it worked. FOR A SHORT WHILE. Before it became apparent that these men didn't know what the *** they were doing.

And now they rush to start a new venture, Agility 360, to deceptively hold themselves out to the unsuspecting public as EXPERTS.

To do business with Agility 360 in Carrollton TX would be to BURN YOUR MONEY. There are LEGITIMATE EXPERTS out there who can do the job.
