ZBRAINS?! Agile Business & Technology Solutions - Expert Prices/Amatuer Results At Best!
- Charged about $16,000 in April 2017 for a CRM not delivered.
- Project scope was 22 days, not 6 months; they underdelivered and were unresponsive.
Buyer Beware!! Agile Business & Technology Solutions charged us about $16,000 in April of 2017 for a custom CRM solution that has still not been delivered 5 months later.
The scope estimated 22 days NOT 6 months. They over promised, under delivered, and became unresponsive and uncooperative as things progressed. They charge big time expert level prices and seem to be capable at first glance. Come to find out they struggled with many of the simple Zoho related tasks and customizations they promised us.
Often they blamed Zoho Corporation for delays and problems. Ultimately they threw some of the project back at us emploring us to find another developer. Aren't they claiming to be Zoho Experts? Isn't that what the 16,000 dollars was for?
Anyone looking for a developer who you can rely on to save your business, look elsewhere. You won't likely be happy here.

I too have had a bad experience with Agile BTS and what they called Zbrains - they talk big and friendly but can't and won't do a fraction of what they promise. They will keep their scope documents vague so they can give up or back out whenever they feel like it and eventually they just stop responding!!!!

We have tried to contact you each of these times with no response. And these are just the times in writing.
Still waiting 10 days and no response or refund!! These guys will take your money and will work hard to cover their tail to make sure you cannot get a refund!! Buyer Beware!
