Incompetence, neglect and possible theft
initially good, then applied the higher criteria for pci even if we are a 2-person company
then, when when their system had a problem (would not close the batch) none of the several persons from usa and from india could solve or help and many either did not return calls, or hang up.
I closed the account and sent back (and documented their reception) their credit card machine but they took $500 + 12 from our bank account for a "refund" (of what?) and are not responding to my requests.
don't go there, there are tons of better options

Because truth needs be told
First Im a disabled person whom thought I would try a merchant service company. But they gave me money that they claim was a big clerk mistake.
Okay fine I called and they claim it wasnt from them. Just beware my bank marked them as a scam.
Dont let anyone run all over you. Beware of all companies you deal with.
