- - I ordered the Agency/Curology trial box in April; skin reacted.
- - I canceled May 13; charged $300 for two-month box; it arrived June 16; no return.
In the last week of April, I ordered the trial box from Agency/Curology skin care. I quick quit quickly, realized that my skin was too sensitive for it and that I was having reaction to it.
I consulted with the doctor online who advised me to use it every other day or every two days this did not help I consulted with them one more time and then decided that I wanted to cancel the subscription which I did, according to their policy canceled within 30 days theyre going to refund it . I canceled it two weeks before they decided to ship the first two month subscription box and then charge me $300 for it when I contacted customer service they told me there was nothing that they could do about it because they had already shipped it. I dont feel that I should be charged for a product subscription to not use or want. I never open the box.
I would be happy to return it they claimed to have a no return policy. Even if this is the case, I still canceled the subscription on May 13 two weeks before they decided to ship it out the box arrived in the mail yesterday, June 16.
User's recommendation: Since they do not honor their cancellation policy, buyer beware about even accepting their trial. You will get stuck with a product that you may not want or can’t use.
