Making Contact with AGEAS insruance company

Hi I am been getting debt letters from firstl Resolvecall now they have informed me they have passed in backed to AGEAS i have tried to contact both these companies by phone. I can not get through to both resolvecall and AGEAS how can i pay a balance if i cant contact them to pay? Regards Richard

Absolutely shocking company

Ageas United Kingdom - Absolutely shocking company
Yet another slimey insurance company who don't live up to their side of the bargain when it matters. I am now of the belief that there is literally no point whatsoever in taking out insurance; you're better off taking your chances and being extra diligent, rather than have a false sense of security with an insurance company who will literally do absolutely everything to get out of their obligations. Common sense, logic and reason do not apply. Save yourself the years of wasted payments, it won't do anything for you. Even if you are a fairly switched on character and spend the time, going through your policy, making sure you know the ins and outs of it, keeping your policy up to date, they'll get out of it, don't you worry; because even if they do pay, there will be such a deduction (such as hidden increases in excess using a 7 DIGIT CODE!! - which corresponds to some other figure - not the excess figure clearly written on your excess!! you'll never keep up with their ever evolving ways of wriggling out of it) that you will end up with nothing more than an insult of a payment. this photo is the code - the policy document of 2 pages before it has completely different excess charges.

User's recommendation: Absolutely not - a waste of hard earned money.
