called everyone concerned, always told it was someone else, not them, put on hold a dozen times, no recourse, no satisfaction. i'll never order anything online again without ten recommendations by the spirit of God and the twelve apostles. these gangster canadians need to be taught a lesson. I might become a canadian citizen and rip their national health care system off like a real american does medicaid. take that you canadians. my system is still too slow for me to do customer service at home which is why i did the booster. I was in the middle of training and grabbed anything to get the job done and got screwed sideways on a cold afternoon. so much for pop ups. was told 29.95 then got the 39'95 charge for nothing. when told tech i got gobblygook for an answer.
