They are asking for "refundable" insurance to ship the package. Upon further investigation this company does not exist.

I have been waiting for my parcel which was to be delivered between 11.30am/ 13.30 today and just got a text saying delivered at exactly 11.30 just now I am home and waiting by the door. No attempt has been made.

Instead of checking with the store or the people you placed your order on, you are blaming a third party shipment tracking company who just was used to update you of the shipment status. If you buy something from Amazon, and it's shipped using UPS, and the seller decided to email you of the status from their gmail account. Do you blame Google for not receiving your order?
