I paid £252.42 to Trade 101, but on my bank account, it says I paid Afrikrea, which, according to my bank, is a clothing company. I was under the impression that I was entering into Trade 101.
I have not heard anything back after my payment. I requested a refund, but they have not contacted me. I asked Rachel Core at Rachel.core1985@***.com. My bank is asking you to confirm that you are also a trading site and not just a clothing company.
If you can confirm this in an email, my bank may be able to help me recover the money. Please assist me.

Dear MAdam/Sir,
On 07 February 2023 I had to place an order with the Seller Kaysol. After several weeks of waiting the Articles arrived but the sizes are zu big for us.
For this reason I started the procedure of return to the Seller. Only since 01 March have I left several messages for the Seller to complete his address, as the street number is missing.
So far none of my messages have been answered. I still have 4 days to return these items and I hope that this will be done within this time.

- Delivery was promised in 3-15 days but never arrived, contact attempts failed, refund requested.
I ordered an outfit 3 months ago and have not received it yet I had this outfit ordered for a function that I was to attend and I was told that it would be in within 3 to 15 business days that was fine because it was booked a month before my party so I said it should be in In time for me to wear the outfit. The outfit never came and I have tried to contact the company. The numbers I called go nowhere the emails go nowhere I just want a refund of my money.
