I purchased this perm back in July 20 24 the original one that I purchased had green stuff coming out of the application so I returned that one back to the store and I got another one in the box. I checked the box for the date the date was good.
I did a skin check and a strength test like I normally do and have for many years. I gave myself the perm within seconds. My skin started burning couple days later is when the actual burn showed up, which caused me to get an infection, it just would not heal. I was on three different types of antibiotics.
I was at the hospital my family doctor eventually they had to send me to the wound center because the burns would not heal. It's been three months and my neck is finally trying to heal. I want something done about this. I've reached out.
It's been three months ago. I'm finally just talking with the consumers department this week And I want something done about this now. I was burnt so badly it would not heal. It caused me to get a fungal infection on the back of my neck on the side of my neck on my forehead.
I'm finally just now healing. I was in agony and pain for three months.
