Defective product- will not refund money
- - Portable A/C bought in July from AFlorest/Lunata; defective.
- - They asked for photos/video and promised a refund if I canceled the PayPal dispute.
I bought a portable air conditioner in July from AFlorest/Lunata Commerce. A month later it came, but was defective, did not work.I paid through PayPal.
I contacted the company. They required me to send photos and a video which I did. As time went on they kept on asking for documentation over and over and over again giving me the runaround. I also placed a dispute with PayPal.They made me believe if I canceled the dispute, they would refund my money, so I canceled it.
Well, no refund and I am sure I will never get my money back. Unfortunately I checked the reviews on this company after the purchase. It has 1 to 2 star review ratings with angry customers saying it is a scam.Do NOT buy from this company.
If there is an issue with the product, you will never get your money back. I have reported them to the FTC, and Attorney Generals office.
