Resolved: Unauthorized charge
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. We contested the charge with the bank and credited our account for the charge. I cannot recommend them.
I was shopping on their site and put some items in my cart along with a discount code to determine the price and they charged my credit card. I had not included ANY financial info.
All I gave them was my name and email. I emailed them immediately to let them know the order and charge was unauthorized and to please cancel.
I received an immediate automated response saying no cancellations allowed. I am currently filing a dispute with my credit card.
Preferred solution: Full refund

The item was too expensive; it was less than half the price at Kirkland's. The package had no paperwork. I would need 50 feet and an outside rating. It will be sent back, with postage paid and a returned signature receipt.
