Customer service
My package of Affresh only had 2 tablets instead of 3. Customer service said I had to return to the store.
They didn't even want to know the upc or any info about my package. These tablets are not cheap and I would think the company would want to know that they have a production problem. Plan to use another way to clean my washer, another brand for sure.
Customer service is not what I expected. Very sad

Whirpool Affresh Dishwasher Cleaning Tablets
BEWARE: Affresh Dishwashing Cleaning Tablets will stain the bottom of stainless steel dishwashers. I followed the directions on the package and placed 1 tablet in the bottom of my dishwasher since I was washing dishes at the same time.
The tablet made an approximate 2 inch stain in the bottom of my new stainless steel dishwasher. Contacted Affresh and they want me to blame GE the maker of my dishwasher.
Do Not place tablets in the bottom of your stainless steel dishwashers. I have reported this to the State of TN Consumer Protection Division to ask them to have the directions on the packaging changed.

Preferred solution: Information to remove stain if possible. Replacement if not.
