Folks save yourself from grief and frustration. Stay away from these people. They don’t practice ethical business. Watch their fine print. Simply put – they ask for advance payment a long time ahead of the trip, and then put down very stiff (non-refundable penalties) if you change/alter. *even when they themselves have not booked anything on your behalf yet* They won’t be able to give you the name of the hotel or the final itinerary until they have secure 100% of your funds and book other poor individuals. Again, there are other travel agencies out there. Stay away from these goats!

Very bad service. Dishonest and greedy! Life is short to even say more for such people. Just don’t know why they exist. I guess to give us a comparison between good bad & ugly.

Called BBB and filed a complaint about their business practice. Their deadlines are screwy and prices not cheap once you add the extras. They think they can fool us as we don’t know ourselves what Google searches can find! What goes around comes around.
