Everyone who has had experience with this criminal has expressed he sends death threats to them. He sends pictures of his gun to the people he stole money from. He works with a group of criminals who portray to be "heroes", federal judges, and law enforcement fighting against the people he stole money from. I was just scammed by Michael Saunders too. I paid him to do a writ of certiorari for the supreme court for my partner case, and he gave me every excuse and said I needed to do an actual writ of innocence.

When I finally got him to answer, he stated he didn't owe me any money. I sent him the screen shots of what he wrote and all my receipts. I called a lawyer in Virginia, since I am in Texas. And they told me to contact the Virginia State Bar.

He needs to be put back in prison.

We can all share information to get him served, kicked off American bar / member number revocation, file theft charges to sheriff / report in hope they will investigate him. This guy lives in {{Redacted}} . I sent a Certified letter, which he refused to accept Legal Process of Service.

I intend to have the Henrico County Sheriff serve him a copy of a US Assistant AG fraud complaint. He does not live in California.
