I caution yoy to go to this Medi-spa. The doctor is rarely there. The employees care, but the owners do not. They will take you money and run. The botox is nothing but water. i know this because i have had botox before. i could get better botox on a street corner. Further more, I went to this location for medical weight loss. i received a prescription for phentermine, but nothing more. This is a controlled substance. i think more care should have been given before subscribing. Aren't there laws against this? These people want to take your money and nothing more.

I have gone to Affordable Laser and Medspa on a few occassions for weight loss. One day, I was encouraged to try Botox by the doctor. I had the procedure before, so I thought why not? I did not get any results. Since I had Botox in the past, I knew what it should do. When I called to inform them, they said I did not wait long enough for it to become effective. So I waited.......I called again. I was told I would get a free touch up. So again, I get Botox and wait.....and wait.....Still no results. Needless to say, I did not get a refund.
