- - Warranty terms are not honored when units defect or malfunction.
- - Loopholes are used to avoid honoring returns.
Their warranties suck....nothing is a huge problem until defective units or malfunction. ...they have all kind of loop holes not to honor any returns. Their model is you bought it is yours we got your money go away I have to get another sucker...this should be their STORE NAME.
Kenmore Oven nearly burn my house down!!!
- - Oven pre-heat restarts after power outage.
- - Hundreds of complaints; stove not replaced.
- - Described as poor quality and dangerous.
When you have a shut off of electricity they oven pre-heat program can restart by itself, there is 100's of complaints. They will not replace the stove, this company is selling not only poor quality appliances but stoves that can destroy house and your family !!!
My total lost is going to had up in 100's of dollars, I haven't receive my electric bill yet, I am very concern about it.
I am goign to post this everywhere until Kenmore give me a new stove and pay my electric bill for the summer. This company should be put out of business.
