Cant log in have tried 3 times to get a call back and no one calls. Tried email.
Hopeless. Cant see how they can be in business

Money transfer error
- - Money deposited from shipmoney to bank not received; AFEX issue.
- - 2,500.00 USD missing and was due to reach my bank by December 10; customer service hung up.
I deposited money from my shipmoney acocunt to my bank but the money never came. It appears to be an issue with AFEX.
2.500,00USD is somewhere and I dont know what I can do to finally get it. It was supposed to be on my bank account on December 10th.
I called customer servise and the person hung up the phone on me mid conversation.
Preferred solution: Full refund
