Dealing with Aetna Senior Products is useless. They follow their guidelines strictly, and do not consider an issue that was their fault in the first place.
Anyone considering Medicare Part D drug coverage, beware that Aetna in 2024 combined all 3 of their drug plans into one and in turn raised their premium 363% for 2025. What kind of company can raise their prices 363% in one year.
BUYER BEWARE. CEO probably didnt get a big enough bonus in 2024!
