In a little more than 6 months I have missed over 15 appointments to various doctors. The latest time was today when I missed an appointment to and eye doctor.
They utilize lift an Uber to get people to their appointments and I have had multiple appointment cancellations in the last week and a half alone one of their employees actually outright lied to me when they said they contacted my eye doctor to see if I can get in later. The woman I spoke to at my eye doctor said nobody from the insurance company called them
