Don't do business with them!

I am an interior design in Europe and I have been trying to work with this company for 3 years now. I have orders samples from them 3 years ago, after they agreed that I would represent them in Europe. Since then, every time I ask a question or need some information, want to place an order etc.... they don't answer. The don't reply to my e-mails, don't answer the phone. It is só frustrating since I have been trying my best here to sell their products. I have never in my 30 years of international trade experience come accross such a poorly managed company. Don't try to work with them. They always have excuses NOT to deliver: "run out of paper, machine was broken, mechanic is not coming yet to fix the machines..." Or they just ignore your e-mails and phonecalls. I can't imagine how a company like this survives.
