Price hikes in the middle of recession and job loss
How is it that a billion-dollar company put a 2 percent spike in a bill when jobs are being loss daily. And breaks customers budgets.
And yes there is an offer for assistance, but it works against the customers.
What is the reason? To see people can afford this 2 percent ,it's sad because I know for a fact that I don't change my settings, and it still goes up what is the reason for the hike?
