Missing part
Said my item didnt exist- or something similar, despite an order date and Amazon #!! Expremely disappointed- and impossible to talk to a real person. I tried two different customer support numbers and just got disconnected

I tried online chat, but they said I should pay $1 to speak live. I didn't think it was worth posting all my CC info.
I wanted to make sure that the new glass and chrome press purchased from you, coming in June, would fit in your stand my son bought me on Amazon. If not and I wait, I probably can't return it.
