On November 18, 2016, My flight left from Dallas/ Fort Worth Airport flight Aeromexico 2683 operated by Aerolitoral doing business as Aeromexico connect. It left about 15 minutes late. this is the worst of the worst airline what a shame that has the Name of My County... Customer service that has no solutions the only thing the ask you is to send them an email.. good luck waiting for response.. I WOULD DEFINETLY Recommend to avoid using It.. Good Afternoon, Attached are 9 AeroMexico invoices. When the flights were purchased over the phone on 5/26/16, the gentlemen on the phone helped me with booking and seat assignments for all passengers. My mother and I had a recent trip to Mexico and flew out from Guadalajara to San Francisco via Aeromexico AM 662 on September 26, 2016. We checked in our luggages at Guadalajara airport two hours prior to boarding. Once we got home and opened our luggage, I immediately noticed something wad off. i wanted to change my itinery from toronto to puerto vallarta from dec.5 to nov 14 reservation#ZWKOKE the cost of the change was quoted at $250.00 us funds plus the difference of the ticket price the original cast of my ticket was only $266.22 the cast of the ticket change would have been more expensive than me just buying a new ticket this does not make any sense the cost of changeing your booking is way out of line than other airlines... I travel 3-5 times a year, so I've been on a fair share of different airlines. This is my first time flying with Aeromexico, and STAY AWAY. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any airline in my life. I had a flight from Morelia > Mexico City > Los Angeles > Seattle. Aeromexico airline really sucks. I had a problem myself - a flight from mexico city to JFK, I missed the flight because of their immigration form and when I went to their agents at the airport to get on the next flight I was told there is no next flight until the following week and I have to pay a new fare. Why do I have to pay another fare when I paid my return trip? Mexico airport is the worse - they need to hire more bilingual people. Too... Read more

Same thing happened to me also. After the website bounced the payment, I called AeroMexico and gave them all the card info again. Then they said "Your card didn't go through. Do you have another?" They gave me the MoneyGram spiel and I contacted Bank of America and talked to eight different people and they couldn't even find a transaction record where they tried to put the card through. Bank of America couldn't find any reason the card... Read more

When attempting to check in yesterday for an Aeromexico return flight from Mexico City to the U.S. I was the told the flight was oversold and there were no seats for me and my wife, despite having booked a round trip ticket on Aeromexico’s website months in advance, having a confirmation number and seats assigned.
