I had to return 2 twin size Aero Beds one after another for losing air and now I'm on my 3rd bed and this one is going flat also.

A Very personable young lady ( Czavana) She has working knowledgeable of the said product line. We are working to resolve my product replacement, do to a malfunction of said product.

I checked for leaks- none. I think it is the seal.
aero bed does not offer any replacement because their company in not reputable. better by another brand

Missing cap in pump sude

The only thing wrong with my wonderful green arrived is that it is missing the cap on my he pump side of the bed. It will inflate if you stuff a towel in the hole but Id like to purchase a replacement cap.

Aerobed is junk.
- - Twin Aero Bed pillow-top with quick-inflate pump; first unit broke after 3 seconds.
- - Second unit will not start; returning it for refund or another bed.
We bought the expensive twin sized Aero Bed pillow-top with the quick-inflate pump. The first one broke after 3 seconds - did not complete its cycle of inflating the bed, nor would it switch to deflate.
We took it back to Bed Bath & Beyond and they switched it out, no problem. Tonight I tried the 2nd one - this pump would not even start at all.
I am taking it back tomorrow and will try to get another manufacturer's bed, or our money back. I'm very disappointed with Aerobed, as it had been recommended to me by others.
