They didn’t resolve issue. I am trying to dispute with my credit card. My money was stolen in the name of engineers
The engineer arrived didnt have any professional ethics. He did wall mount the tv after drilling few unsuccessful holes. I was ok with that. When requested cable concealing he acted as if he know how to do.
But he didnt have any clue of how to do it. This is on a flat with a plasterboard wall. He broke few holes randomly and was about to give up saying he cannot do cable concealing. I had to step in to make sure my walls are getting damaged permanently.
With my help we managed to get the wire through. He took 15mins after that to put the wrapper on holes. Since he messed up the holes too big with no adequate knowledge, he messed up the screws too. I was patient getting my walls damaged, but i was ready to pay as the job finishes.
He suddenly came up with a massive price £430 with super inflated prices. He shouted and threatened to rip the wall off while we were discussing about price. He was about to go on rampage while I was speaking to his company. I asked him to come out of home n then talk so that my family doesnt look at this idiot.
He changed the price and increased the cost to £480 and then I paid to save my family getting panicked. Just a bunch of cheaters. I reported this to the company. They are blabbering despite given advice of invoice him cancelling and inflating prices.
They are cheaters and very unprofessional to threaten for money.
He stayed in my home for 4hrs( 30 mins fighting with us) for a tv wall mount and cable concealing.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
We have audio evidences of the engineer threatening us and the pics to prove the tampered invoice. Happy to upload here

They put an extra booster on my aerial and it wasn't needed sent it back over week ago first class they tell me they haven't received it full of *** that company charged me £216 rip off ***

am writing this email as a complaint I contacted Jade to rebook my appointment on the 22nd December which she booked for today I have rang this afternoon to chase it up as I hadnt heard anything to be told it hasnt been booked so now we have been left without TV over the Christmas period. I am disgusted at the way I have been treat I have 2 disabled children so how do I tell them they cant watch any tv because we cant get a signal. Yes Ive managed to rebook for the 29th between 08.00 & 09.00 but that does help me now and I have only been offered 10% discount on parts iff needed I feel that the charge of £69 +vat should be waved to make up for the incompetence and the disappointment to my disabled children over not been able to watch TV over the Christmas period I trust this will be looked at and the fee waved as a good will gesture I will hold of with any feedback until this is resolved.

DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT TOUCH
They installed an inferior box in my loft after telling me it was a splitter box they are now refusing to come and replace as I signed the invoice showing amp box even though the engineer told me it was a splitter box - he has now left so they are basically telling me tough!
AVOID DO NOT USE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
