Faulty product and awful customer service
- - Toothbrush stopped working after 5 months; battery won't charge.
- - Support replies were repetitive and bot-like; expensive product.
Electric toothbrush broke after 5 months - battery stopped holding a charge. Sent email to Aelt Care and ended up in a continuous loop of useless answers which may be bot generated.
Just awful, despite their claims to be customer focused. Im left with a very expensive useless product.
Be warned. Stay away from

Preferred solution: Replacement product.
