Dont do business with Ed
Ed Franklin with Mancgester Capital LLC will ask or money up front for an appraisal and administrative service fee and offer you a very promising, yet too good to be true interest rate and will turn around and give you nothing but stall tactics and pretend like he has health problems and turn down your deal but try to keep the money saying your deal did not qualify. If deals do not qualify typically a private lender will tell you to simply cough up more money to make the loan to value ratio work for them but Ed does not work that way. He is a total fraud. He quickly refunded my $1600 after I told him I was going to report him to the district attorney's office but I am still out $3,000 of earnest money I had put down on a property because they could not hold it any longer. He's used SEVERAL LLCs in recent years to cover his tracks but you cannot lie about your name when you send a wire to someone, they have to use their real name in order to receive the money. Do not do business within at Franklin. Con artist.

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO MY AWESOME CLIENT!!!! A SINGLE MOM WITH TWO CHILDREN WHO ED FRANKLIN AKA C.E.FRANKLIN AKA MANCHESTER CAPITAL LLC, AKA ARG CAPITAL GROUP LLC just asked my client to send $98,000 to his personal bank account— and in turn he would “fund her business loan of $975,000 in two days so we could close on time, Friday June 22, 2018”. I just jacked with him saying “yes, I would have her wire...” then followed with “do you have ANYONE who will visit you in prison?” Click. Hung up on me. PLEASE call me to put this *** out n prison. Ed Franklin is a scam artist
Talked with Ed Franklin in sept 2017 all was good to go. Wired funds to bank of america and the excuses and stalling tactics started. No communication always sick or out of the office. Ed Franklin would not answer my calls but the minute I had someone else call with me on conference he always answered. Do NOT do business with this company they will just take your money and run!!!!! According to Ed Franklin he was the signatory but was always waiting on and answer from someone else. Report this company to the authorities asap! Manchester Capital Group LLC, AEG Capital Group LLC, York Investment Trust. Run as far as you can from Ed Franklin!!!!
