A total bait and switch situation
- - Bought buy-one-get-one-free set for $60; not as advertised.
- - Received cheesy vampire-teeth boxes, not dentures; support link led to a furniture site.
So for months I had been seeing this infomercial, if you will, for these amazing indestructible dentures, and not only were they indestructible, but the material used for the teeth, actually simulate, the iridescence of natural teeth.. Now i'm missing most of my molars, and one of my front teeth, and I do have a plate, but I hate wearing it.And it's very uncomfortable..
So one evening I saw this infomercial again, and I was like, you know what, i'm gonna order a set and they just happen to be buy one.Get one free... So I scanned the Qr code and it brought me to the website "Aeecennrry".. So I got the credit card out and I bought a set at buy one get one free for about $60 bucks.. No, I know.
This isn't a huge amount of money, but it's about the principle of the matter... So after ordering, you know, I waited and I tracked it. And it came within a reasonable amount of time. There's no problem there.
And I was all excited because I saw what they were advertising, and it looked amazing!.. So I opened the box and inside there was 4 boxes each one containing a set of what I can only call
A children's halloween accessory, literally they look like those cheesy vampire teeth that a child would wear at halloween!!.. I mean not even close to what I ordered!!!... And for the past two weeks I have been trying to resolve this issue through their "-un"
Support team!??...
They sent me a link that I was supposed to follow to.
My email and explain what my complaint was.And the email that it linked me to was the email for a furniture store!??? Like I am beyond disappointed!
Preferred solution: I'd like to get the actual product that I ordered!
User's recommendation: Based on my issue, I would suggest staying very far away from this" company"..below i've posted two pictures. The first one is what I order.. The second one is what I received!
