I have been a customer since 2013, and I have never ever had an issue with them. Once, I had a credit card issue, it was not processing.
I was able to get in touch with their customer service very easily, and they were able to guide me and add another card on file.
Unlike many other adult sites out there, that will charge you for other websites, AEBN never tried to up charge my credit card without my knowledge.
I also use a specific email for their site, and to this day, I've never received any spam on it. That says it all for me.

- I asked for a fix or refund and contacted billing, tech support, and live chat but received no response.
The website would not allow me to download the videos that I paid for. I needed that to be fixed or at least give me a refund.
I had contacted them many times at billing@***.net, techsupport@***.net, and the live chat about this issue.
I could not even get a simple response. Horrible customer support.
