AdvisoryHQ Top 6 Structured Settlement Companies is Misleading Junk
I don't know what AdvisoryHQ is smoking but none of the Top 6 Structured Settlement Companies they list are actual structured settlement companies. I was looking for information online about structured settlements and AdvisoryHQ is a just complete waste of time.
I know a little something about structured settlements.
Firstly, AdvisoryHQ falsely portrays JG Wentworth as a structured settlement annuity company.
Another piece of absolutely false information dished out by AdvisoryHQ is that Peachtree Financial Solutions assigns you a dedicated representative who you will work with "throughout the settlement process". Peachtree is a company that buys your payments. That is not a settlement. It is called a structured settlement factoring transaction. To suggest it is a settlement is false and misleading displays AdvisoryHQ ignorance.
Another clunker, "Settlement Capital is unique in that, with the help of other structured settlement companies, it formed the National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP)". Well if other companies were involved then they ain't so unique, freaks!
Lastly, on Fairfield Funding "The company offers prospective customers a free quote. You can compare your quote with your present value from a structured settlement calculator to determine if it’s best for you, financially, to sell your annuity".
The reality is that all settlement purchasers offer free quotes, why wouldn't they? Comparing quotes is wise, but should not be determinant of whether or not it makes sense to sell your structured settlement payments for a pittance.
Sites like AdvisoryHQ are all over. Take a pass, in my opinion.
- Seemed as if was written for affiliate marketing not consumer
- False and misleading information
Preferred solution: Stop flooding the bandwith with inaccurate information that confuses consumers
