New Targeted Relief top

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The new cap on the relief tube causes product loss.
  • - Revert to the snap top cap.
  • - The tube feels half empty before use and the product is excellent.

The new fancy cap on the targeted relief tube is terrible. You loose a lot of product using it.

Please go back to the original snap top cap. Also the tube feels half empty before you even use it. The whole thing feels like a ripoff.

It's a shame because the product is excellent! Please fix.

Pros:
  • It works
Cons:
  • Packaging with new cap on targeted relief

Preferred solution: The original caps going forward

User's recommendation: Look for the old cap!

Pain after use and going in the sun

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - It burned badly after applying.
  • - A cool shower gave no relief.
  • - Aloe vera eased the pain after about 45 minutes, and a sun exposure warning is needed.

After putting it on my back we went to a ballgame. I had no idea that it would start burning so bad!

I came home and took a cool shower with no relief. My husband put pure alovera on it. It took about 45 minutes for the pain to stop. My daughter had used it the night before when she went to bed.

It burned her all night and into the next day. Even with her cooling feature in her car she could still feel the pain. It definitely needs a WARNING LABEL about going out in the sun after using it. I read other reviews were people couldnt take the heat.

I will say it does work!! But it does need a better warning label besides no use with a heating pad!

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE AND GO OUT IN THE SUN
