ADVFN ripped me off, they dont let you cancel, spammers
- - They charge annually without notice.
- - Terms keep you subscribed until year end.
- - They spam after joining and push upgrades; service is poor.
They charge your account every year, but they dont tell you in advance, so you get caught out, and when you advise them you no longer want the service and you want a refund, they advise their terms and conditions mean you have to subscribe till the year end, then you can cancel, absolutely terrible customer service, hiding behind their terms, no goodwill, bad attitude, also they send loads of spam out to you once you join, and keep pestering you to upgrade, really poor website that denies you access, till you upgrade, bombards you with pop ups, and is very annoying
