I wish I had read these reviews before starting anything with this company. Essentially, this company is only interested in receiving $2500 per month from anyone naive enough to sign up. I am one of those naive people. After spending 5K with them, they literally did nothing. They did not send out one solicitation newsletter on our behalf. They did not recruit one affiliate on our behalf. Now, I have to dispute this with my credit card company, which I am quite certain that we will get our money back.

You can clearly see from the attachment that we are one of many upset customers. We cannot see any proof of affiliate recruitment through ShareASale. The recruitment tool shows the last invitation sent for our program was in July 2023. We started with them in June 2024. No newsletters were sent despite Katia Designs providing a list of our offerings and being told they would be sent out on our behalf. Of the opportunities that were presented to us, the majority were for pay-to-play opportunities. One was for a previous affiliate with whom we had already built a relationship.

We have not been provided with any proof of work done on our account, other than several text links added in June, along with uploading our affiliate banners, which were provided by the brand. When we discussed our concern with coupon codes from our ambassador program showing up on coupon sites, we were told we could provide a list and they would be blacklisted.

However, upon looking at one of our affiliates, we found several of our brand ambassador codes posted. These were older codes that were initially provided and not part of the new list that was sent on 7/23. There was no follow-up from the account manager after July 16 on specific suggestions that would make us more competitive. There was no follow-up on any tasks that were completely carried out on a monthly basis - they never provided how many affiliates were reached out to, who signed on, how many newsletters were provided through the network. Essentially, it's a complete scam.

Date of experience: July 30, 2024.
