While entering gate you are to have bags in hand where security can see.

We missed a bag with waters under our baby's stroller they had his mom push stroller behind entry barricade then her back to entry line, seperating them and she couldn't go get him even though we were all cleared to enter. I instantly got our baby voiced my concern with employe and security..

They ignored me and very unhappily we all walk on. Seen another security guy show up, I went back to voice my concerns and this 24yr old security guard punk didnt try to listen, deescalate situation or anything quite the opposite I very angrily yet calm as possible walked on with rest of family not wanting to ruin kids' day waist $$$ already paid for tickets deal with the legal ramifications or ruin anyone elses day there fortunately self control prevailed.

AdventureLand in Altoona your employees/security need vetted and some serious training for insurance purposes in public relations..

Your policys are not LAW and your employees are not Law Enforcement. This Dad isn't playing games that's your job!

Their policies aren’t law but they are still their policies. If you don’t like it leave.

I bet they had a good laugh over you. You are just angry because they did not react to you.

When I asked for your managers name, who at the time was there to help fix a matter that I was unsatisfied with, his reply to me was Have a good day maam . I proceeded to ask him once again and his reply was the same as before.

My group that I was with paid $130 per couple and $74 for four cups. We were treated unkindly and we definitely DID NOT enjoy our visit to your amusement park. I myself am in the service industry and would never speak to a customer who paid good money to enjoy themselves.

Also on another note I myself nor any of my group was IDd before we were served alcohol. This circumstance I believe that we need to be compensated for not only our time at the park but for the behavior of your employees that you appointed in your management position who are not qualified for what they need to do.

After purchasing ticket at the venue my brother wasnt able to ride any rides due to his prosthetic leg. Wouldnt refund money and was rude about it. Ruined our whole day. It was the worst experience at Adventureland ever!!

11-year-old granddaughter was there yesterday Fourth of July 2021 when swimming around 2 oclock finished swimming someone has sold her clothes including her bra and panties Left her with only her bathing suit to wear she got a sundress at the gift shop but wasnt allowed to ride some of the rides because she didnt have pants on Pretty much put a damper on everyones fun as much does it cost to get in its really not right.

No Shoes

My roomate and I went to the park after a wedding and we also went to adventure bay, we went on the raging river ride before hand which in resulted in soaking my red vans so we headed straight to the bay. We changed into our swimsuits and rented a locker but we left out the clothes that were soaking wet on a empty chair with our towels on it so that including my vans. After riding a couple of waterslides we went back to the chair to grab our items and change. My vans weren't there. Gone. My roomate and I checked everywhere and both lost and founds but they were most likely stolen. The only suggestions offered were to keep checking lost and found. My friend and I left upset as I could not do anything with no shoes. Walking one end to the other was enough for me. I'm frustrated because those shoes were a gift and my only shoes. Everyone that I've spoken to including myself can't seem to understand why nothing was offered like replacement sandals or a meal voucher literally anything to cheer me up. There are signs saying they aren't liable if this happens but if you're not liable spend so much in liability insurance? My seat was also surrounded by a bunch of employees and I've chatted with a few of them so why didn't anyone stop this person?? I'm also concerned that also on the off chance that they find the shoes how will i know? I don't live there and theres no lost and found extension when you call them either. I'm not mad anymore (at adventureland) I'm just really sad
