- - Two handguns bought for $1,200; overpriced.
- - Manager refused $25 refund; will not shop at Adventure Outdoor again.
Dropped $1,200 on TWO handguns on June 2nd. (Overpriced compared to their competitors) Went back in the store the next day for a holster and while I was there, I asked about a range membership.
They told me all the benefits and one of them is you get $25 off the purchase of a handgun. I asked the manager ( Todd ) to let me get $25 refunded from my $1200 gun purchase the day before. He refused. Said he did not have the authority - total lack of customer service and poor leadership.
What kind of company does not empower their managers to save a customer relationship over $25!! (Especially after they just spent $1200 in the store) This is pathetic. They told me I would have to speak to Eric when he returns from vacation. I wont even bother.
I WILL NEVER purchase anything from Adventure Outdoor again, EVER. If I could get my money back for my range membership I would do it in a minute.
I hope this post stops even 1 person from going in their store! 404-915-**** is m
