One of the worse birthday experiences
- - -It was warm inside at the St. Augustine, FL location.
- - -HVAC failed and games weren't working.
- - -The party cost $200 and upkeep is substandard.
We just had a birthday party at the St. Augustine, FL location, and upon our arrival, it was a bit warm inside.
As we went to the desk, we were told that we couldn't ride the golf karts because it was too hot outside, which was a major bummer. Then we noticed it was getting hotter inside and found out the HVAC unit was not working. Also, several games weren't working properly.
The upkeep of the facility is substandard, and paying $200 for a party with these conditions is not worth it. The staff is doing all they can to operate the faulty facility.
