Lied about refund and annual pass

I purchased a gold ticket online and wanted to get 2 guest in, was told that I couldn't so advised me to upgrade to platinum. So I did and at the window they let me know that they have canceled the gold pass and issued the platinum.

I did not want to give my card to pay again but they assured me that I would not be charged double. I look on my bank statement and sure enough they have charged me for 2 passes. I call to get this taken care of and I'm being told that both passes were used and that they can not refund my money and that they have me down for a gold pass and a platinum. This is not the truth.

They lied at the window even after getting a supervisor to put her info in the computer to cancel it and waiting for over 20 min for this to happen. I know for a fact they can refund my money and they can cancel the gold pass I never was suppose to have in the first place. How you know they are lying is because the rep was on the phone and said they could not refund me due to I used the gold pass for parking. Then the so called manager told me it was because the pass was used.

They are full of lies and crap.

So now I apparently have 2 passes and they can't refund my money that day but can cancel the gold pass. How do you even trust that at all when you already was told it was canceled the day you went to the park. I am now trying to contact their corporate office but of course no one answers and one number says it is no longer good. Looks to me this is a ongoing problem with these parks.

And why do anything about it when they know they will still get their money either way.

Oh and lets not forget they don't even have any of these passes on my account I only have proof through the email that day it was done. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not believe them and give them your form of payment when they have said they canceled your first pass. LIES!!
