What should be considered malpractice

Took my husband with an upper respiratory infection, but he tested positive for Covid. They sent him home to drink lots of liquids and hope he survives. Yes, he tested positive for covid, but also has an upper respiratory infection and you gave him nothing for that. What happened to your oath, does it even mean anything to you? Do your job don't let the Government dictate how you treta your patients

tryed to contact vicky audrain which was the head of risk managment to the result of can only speak to delores then contacted the ceo Ammanda Maggard by eml several time;s explained in full of the accident & the aftermath of what we have gone thru the result was we can...

My wife arrived by ambulance could he have been Health Hospital on Fletcher she got here about 4 and now it's 10 p.m. and we still haven't seen a doctor I do not appreciate

They they continue to tell you to wait they're working on it they're trying to get you in there trying to get a room ready all I have is a bunch of dang excuses the worst ever close it

BILLING ISSUES

We keep getting bills for services that are already PAID IN FULL. Not only that, I have record of OVER payment. I have called once and written twice. As of this date (5/04/21), no resolution. Today we received bills in excess of $3000. ALREADY PAID. We will not use Advent Health in the future, if given a choice.

Horrible horrible service!!!!!!!!!

Adventhealth 13403 Boyette Road Riverview, FL 33569 My doctor of many years, Ren Bernardo, recently left but I was not notified so I could make arrangements. I was assigned to a Dr. Woodiwiss (I do not know this person) but her assistant refused to make an appointment for me and hung up on me. I do not know what to do. This Dr. Woodiwiss terminated ALL of my prescriptions for Tramadol, Antibiotics and Losartin. All gone...and I have no doctor, and I am getting sicker by the day from painful withdrawal and severe difficulty in moving from arthritis and scoliosis. I do not know why I am being punished so badly by Dr. Woodiwiss because Dr. Bernardo had me on Tramadol. Why is this happening to me? Why am I being forced to become so sick and in so much pain? Why? What did I do to you? I had to terminate my appointment with an oral surgeon. I have 6 broken teeth, and my antibiotics are out, so I cannot go now - I have a metal knee. My blood pressure is going to start to be an issue too, because the Losartin I have left will run out . What did I ever do that I am being punished like this? What am I supposed to do?

I called AdventHealth and spoke to Amanda on their Coronavirus testing team.She said that 25,000 Coronavirus tests were invalidated - but she couldn't tell if my test was one.Amanda said that I would have to wait for a call or letter from AdventHealth to learn if my test was processed.She had no idea when AdventHealth would contact me.

I got tested for Coronavirus through AdventHealth on May 5th. At the time I was told I'd have test results in 48-72 hours. Today is May 20th and I STILL have no results. In fact, I have had no communication from AdventHealth at all since the test. I called AdventHealth and spoke to Amanda on their Coronavirus testing team. She said that 25,000 Coronavirus tests were invalidated - but she couldn't tell if my test was one. Amanda said that I would have to wait for a call or letter from AdventHealth to learn if my test was processed. She had no idea when AdventHealth would contact me. The reason I got tested was that I am sick, and I am worried I have the coronavirus. The least AdventHealth could do is contact me and let know what happened to my test... My sister also got tested at AdventHealth around the same time, and she has yet to hear anything. Thanks
