Lied to, Bullied and then Stolen from

After AWS receiving my $3500 payment I was promptly told the service I was promised was an additional fee. I needed help getting content on my existing website. For months after paying I was called and harassed to allow AWS to begin a web blog that had social bookmark buttons, a site map training and 350 word press would be released. I don't see the reason to promote an empty website. So we argued. I would not give my ok to proceed. After 5 months I began avoiding the phone calls and with no communication at all after 9 months I asked that the $89 stop being taken from my account. Still no communication. So now after almost two years I contact the company no answer. Again I sent correspondence no answer. Finally the third time I contact the company I get a phone call saying a blog was written therefore no refund can be given. The blog never made it to the internet nor was it ever approved by me. No service was earned to receive my $4309.00. This company touts an annual revenue of $500,000 to a million dollars a year. Yet needs to steal $4300 from a woman that makes $25,000 a year, working to better my life. I had to believe someone because the internet is not my first business. I trusted AWS, bad choice. The company has had many complaints lodged against it since I joined. No wonder. No service, being lied to and stealing. Bad combo, bad business.

Lied to to get $, no service and bullied

After paying $3500 to AWS I was told the service promised to me before the payment would be additional. I needed help completing an existing website. Instead I received nothing but harrassing phone calls every month at $89 dollars which was spent arguing. They wanted to keep going and promote an empty website so they could complete their contract with me. I wanted content on my website. Why promote an empty website? The phone calls became harrassing and after months of doging them I wrote them and asked for the $89 dollars to stop being taken from my account. Then I never heard from them again. SO I asked for my money back. No response. Again I sent the request, after a third time I got a phone call telling me work was done and so no refund would be issued. No work was ever given to me for approval .....no contact was ever made. So AWS made $ 4,300 for a few bulling phone calls. They will not even address the BBB. If you want to be lied to, pushed around and then stolen from this is the company for you.
