We look for at about 3 different builders before we decided go with advanced watershapes .

That was my bad decision. False advertisement stay away from them( John Welzel owner of advanced watershapes, he always speaks well of the company, that's the reason so the rating is not lower)

They promised a smooth construction process to be done in 8 weeks, signed for 12 weeks and finished on 26 weeks.

The pool is not done how the plan say and the Orange County City do not check for nothing, except the electrical and safety work.

The good news is that I do not sign the contract for the screen and I'm looking for another company to do so. Bad, Bad, Bad Company.

I stay away all my customers from this company.

This is the most amazing place we have ever been they are the coolest venue in clermont they have a display pool and do full service construstion for pools and remodeling , they have a gunshop attached you can get your conceal carry permit as well as a firearm you can train with the owner or his many instructors you can get a private class mor a group class they even are thinking of adding a restaurant and offering grilled food and draft beer only in america love it wow look at the pictures of some of there pools there are no better builders in this area

Best Pool Builder in Clermont Florida WOW what a great job these guys do they are rated AAA at the better business bureau they have won 9 design awards 11 national titles published in 2 books built a dozen or 2 of the nicest commercial pools ever built ,These are the worst forums I have ever seen any pile of trash can lie like the piece of trash they are say what they want with no ramification for there lies Have you ever seen a venue were you can spew all the venom you want and no one cares at this place either

Advance Watershapes at 101 E HWY 50 Clermont, Fl. are a group of cons, fraud & threating sales staff.

We contracted for a salt water system & they installed a chroline tablet system - now they want us to pay extra.

They advertise Lifetime Warranty but when we had a problem with one of the solar panels we were told it's not covered. They advertise all inhouse employees - not true 90% of the job went to the lowest subcontractor. They won't give you a copy of the original contract - they don't want you to see the fine print on the back.

They did such a poor job laying the stones around the spa that 1/4 inch of water covers all the stone & they are now turning green. Again no warranty.

We have recieved threating emails & phone calls from their staff.

Stay away from Pat Pitts in sales & John Weztel Jr the owner. They are the most dishonest people we have ever known.

After we filed a report with the BBB they want online and posted lies and slandered both me & my wife.

Don't let him in your house. He is a very unstable sales rep for Advanced Watershapes in Clermont, Fl.

He emails us a threating message - then the next morning called & said he had paid people 10K to kill us both. The owner John Wetzel refuses to do anything about him. These are EVIL people!!!

Their newspaper ad is all BS. We found out last week that they had the contractors bond cancellated by the county commissioners on Dec. 2005 & have been turned into the BBB a number of times for every issue they list. They don't know what customer service is if they are not cursing at you.
