Terrible People

AI Highlights
  • - Four-month wait for a simple lip bump; appointment finally set.
  • - A $840 charge not covered by insurance; later a $125 new-patient bill with threats.

My dentist referred me to these horrible people. I will make sure his office stops those referrals.

I went here for a simple bump on my lip, the doctor/surgeon/whatever told me its a very simple procedure, will only take a minute but they need to schedule the appt.

I expressed how thats unfortunate because I already had to wait FOUR MONTHS for this appointment and took off work to be here today. The guy got frustrated and said ok we can do it today but its not covered by insurance and will cost $840. Why is it now not covered by insurance when you guys took my insurance info when I scheduled the appointment 4 months prior? I cant afford that so I said no thanks, I will have to figure this out.

I did pay my copay when I was there.

Months later I get a bill for $125 for a new patient exam and they are threatening collections and never even told me there was a balance. I asked if they can just get rid of the bill since they couldnt help me out anyways and they refuse to. Also, they cant find any history of a co pay. What a coincidence.

I was already very unhappy with how long I waited just to find out its not covered when they could have told me when I scheduled. Then I get a surprise bill months later.

Screw these people. All of these things added up and they cant find sympathy to delete the bill.

Preferred solution: Price reduction

User's recommendation: Do not go here.
