- - I did the pre-work but wasn't paid.
This company is a horrible company and they dont stick to their word. I did a pre-work up assignment and I had a research interview logged in 15 minutes early followed everything that I was told and 10 minutes after they were late starting the zoom call late they kicked me out of the call and blocked me and every time I try to log back in they would not let me in with no explanation at all and I did not get paid for doing the pre-homework and all my time wasted they avoided every email and call from me run from these people FAST

CIDNEY CHERTOCK WHO OWNS THIS IS A FRAUD. I FILLED OUT 100S OF QUESTIONS, SUBMITTED NECC PHOTOS, AND ESSAY, AND SHE CALLED AGAIN TO CONFIRM AND SAID I WAS QUALIFIED AND APPROVED.
MADE A DATE TO PARTICIPATE AND LAST MIN CANCELLED WITH-OUT PAY !!! SHE WILL GATHER YOUR INFO , GET PAID FROM COMPANY AND NEVER PAY YOU !!!

- - I fell asleep in the last 10 minutes of a paid online Zoom focus group.
- - The company disrespected me and blamed me for the study's invalidity.
I did a paid focus group research study with this company in an online zoom setting. As per the rules of the study, you must participate, be attentive and not fall asleep.
Well I fell asleep the last 10 minutes of the study.
It is moot, null and void, whether I got paid or not. The way the company disrespected, berated and demeaned me for falling asleep and solely blamed me for the fact that the entire research study was invalid just because I fell asleep was unacceptable.

This isn't really helpful. If they paid you but gave you a hard time for literally falling asleep on the job, it doesn't mean they're not legit. You weren't a customer, you were a paid worker.
