Verbally attacked by technician and supervisor.

RUDE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! NOT PERSONABLE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE. The person on the phone wasn’t nice when I first called. I got locked out of my house. The guy pulled up to the house, honked the horn, got out of his vehicle, didn’t ask me which door, just approached the door and gruffly asked me which lock. I told him both locks and he proceeds to work on it after I was given a chastisement where he says, “See this is why we have to give a quote over the phone cause now it’s twice the work and these are old locks. Mind you, he never said hello nor told me his name and introduced himself. I made no effort to have conversation with him because he was totally unapproachable and short. His demeanor is one that says he’s never in a good mood and is just someone you don’t ever want to get to know. He unlocks the door and I go in to get payment. I pay for the service, I mean disrespect, and he leaves. I go to lock the door and the top lock won’t lock or unlock with the key. I call him back and received the response I expected to get. I was yelled at and I never got loud with him and was spoken to as if I should’ve known that was going to happen. I am going to report this business to the BBB and attorney general to get my money back. I don’t know much about locksmithing but I should’ve been educated and informed about any possible mishaps and given the chance to decide if I wanted to proceed. WOW!!!! I HAD TO ADD ON AN ADDITIONAL COMMENT AFTER HOW I WAS TREATED LATER THAT DAY. I finally found out the technician’s name because he never told me when he came: Jimmy. Of course, no last name. After leaving the review, Jimmy called me and proceeded to chastise me for leaving the review and decided he had a right to tell me that I was incompetent like his other customers that don’t understand locksmithing and call him back after their locks don’t work after he serviced them. I hung up the phone......What else was there to do? I couldn’t talk to him when he was at my house, couldn’t talk to him to tell him what was going on after he left and i couldn’t talk to him again because all that would happen is he tell me how I was wrong. Wrong for what? All I did was call for locksmith service. Eventually a supervisor, Shirelle, called me and I had to explain to her what happened. She eventually proceeded to get Jimmy on the phone for a three-way conversation where he continued to do what he did when he called me before. He was getting mad at me for his interactions with previous customers and he said he would come back and take the lock apart and show me the parts to prove that the lock not working is not his fault. I’ve been living at this location for 31 years with this exact same lock and never had any problems until after he serviced it. He said customers have had this happen before after he serviced them. Ok, so the locks didn’t work after you serviced them?! But, according to him, it’s not his fault. If this is something that can occur after you service them then it’s something that needs to be taken care of by Jimmy. I’m not unintelligent, by no means, but in offering a locksmith service where I know that a lock can jam after being serviced I would follow through on the service and come back free-of-charge to fix it and without blaming the customer for being incompetent for something they didn’t do. I had to hang up the phone. He’s impossible to talk to so how do I get my money back? Eventually the supervisor, shirelle, says she’s going to speak to the owner, Sam, and give me a call back. She calls me back and has a supervisor on the phone named Mike. He gives me a deal that I couldn’t accept. The deal didn’t involve me getting my money back. Mike became very nasty with me and blamed me for the expenses that the company would incur for sending another technician and told me I was messing with this business by leaving a negative review. Again this company blamed me. STEER CLEAR OF ADVANCED LOCK AND KEY!!!! THEY DONT RELIEVE HEAD ACHES, THEY CAUSE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
