Correcting the record
Relative to the post by an individual in Australia please note that we quoted him prices in USD and he conveniently disregarded the USD part and sent the funds in Australian dollars which left a balance somewhere abound 5000 USD. In good faith we sent him NEW EQUIPMENT expecting the balance to be forwarded upon receipt thinking it was a simple misunderstanding. Wow, were we wrong!
Shortly after receipt one of the units was dropped and damaged which necessitated the return to us for repair which we did, and sent the unit back.
He and his wife had purchased a health supplement store is our understanding and he had intended to have his wife conduct treatments for pain and so forth in a treatment room there. Apparently there was some change of plan and that did not happen. The unit at last contact was being used for therapy and injury repair with MMA type fighters.
There was a second unit which was intended for use by either his father in law or his father for the treatment of various conditions. After some passing of time this person decided to retire. Apparently he had not put a Plan "B" in place and then, demanded his money back even though he had not fully paid for the equipment, we had repaired his dropped unit, and began an assault on us making all sorts of empty and false claims.
The issue was looked into by the BBB which found no fault with our business practices.
We have been in business for over 20 years and have had ZERO complaints until dealing with this person. We have an excellent reputation and track record for customer service and quality products.

ADVANCED LIGHT DEVICES - EUGENE BARNETT DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM EUGENE BARNETT OF ADVANCED LIGHT DEVICES IN NEVADA - Eugene presents very well and knows his stuff to speak to lingo of this world of Light Based therapies, but he is a fincnically struggling designer and as a result, sadly cannot and does not fulfill any delivery or perfomrance based promises. Although his products hold some merit on the Shoulders of giants from the past, he may sell you second hand items or worst yet, when you call him out on his lies and deceit, keep your money as he will have already spent it on something else other than your equipment.
FACT A. I paid 22KAUD approx 17KUSD (depending on exch) for the items agreed to
FACT B. He NEVER delivered in the 6 weeks time frame that i was assured he would, not even delivered by him after 7 months - when i asked for my money back HE DID NOT HAVE IT - Although his new Website had been completed and placed online.
FACT C. He contiunued to tell me all i could do was wait for him to deliver what ended up being second hand equipment.
FACT D. I have still not been sent "everything" that was due to be sent even after 1yr and 2 months.
FACT E. The continual repeat behaviours of this man and his Lack of Ethics, follow through and Service, For being sent and using up my 22K at his own whims, ANYONE would expect more. He spent my Money and had nothing to send me...I literlally had to threaten him to get ANY traction or anything at all. It ihas been the SINGLE MOST ENFURIATING transaction i have EVER been involved with and he as accepted Zero responsibility to do WHAT IS RIGHT - EVEN after in his SKYPE admitting he screwed up.
There is No slander here. just absolute evidence based failure to deliver what was promised by him week after week after week and it still continues..He used my money to spend on his prototype Development devices when he was meant to deliver a finished piece in the Hematron on the dates agreed. His Laser failed to work as it is meant to, and he NEVER did a thing to resolve it's function fully... Even after further expense to me shipping it to the USA again. Mr. Barnett has spent too much time on this??..He has done NOTHING but use my funds to suit his own purposes and delivered junk that he does not stand behind with ANY customer Service or Quality control or Policy to satisfy the Customer in ANY MANNER. Just more empty offers of Vapid empty none occurring solutions..
I simply requested i wanted my money returned after 7 months, even before the equipment came, and i have requested the same since it arrived... This stupidity has gone on for 1 yr and 3 months so far and still ZERO attempt or completion to honor ANY of his promises..I could write a dissertation on this guys behaviours and lies, but i wanted to belive all his hype and gave him more than enough rope to hang himself and me. Even in Oct/Nov 2015 when his Laser Unit Digital Numeric screen failed to input specific frequencies for pulsed rates, only after using it for a couple weeks use, after i returned it for repairs to the USA at my full expense, it was retured to me in the same broken condition - he promised then to send a whole NEW Unit to me within days..DID IT EVER HAPPEN..You guessed it - no..!!!
The 35lb HUGE Redundant model HEMATRON he makes, is a Whole other story which was meant to be replaced by two so-called new smaller units back in Nov 2015, which YOU GUESSED it never happened.. He was also supposed to be providing 3 other products in his Sublingual devices which NEVER ARRIVED in 1 yr and 3 months - Buy your Equipment from ANYONE else than EUGENE BARNETT and ALD..

I heard about this Company from a friend of mine in the past. This is not the first time this man has made promises and not fulfilled on his word or work.
Well whoever you are you are mistaken. We always go the extra mile for our customers.
