Contractor Did Not complete job
Hired William "Bill" Ostrander, DBA - Advanced Home Renovations LLC in Euclid Ohio, To remodel a Kitchen and Bath on a house we purchased. We provided Bill with over $3200 in Plumbing Finish materials, and agreed on a install date.
Neither Bill or anyone else from AHR showed for the job on the expected date. We made several calls and email attempts, but they went unanswered.
Had to hire another contractor, and pay for the parts a second time. This cost us time, money, and aggravation.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Use this company at your own risk, not worth it.
