I tried to order C-Pap equipment for my husband. Received a phone call from them .

They said they will not send any equipment until we pay his bill. He has not had New C-Pap equipment for over a year. Both my husband and myself are doing on social security. Can’t afford to pay what they want.

Over $500 that is half what we make. They care more about money then patience. He has Pulmonary Hypertension, Heart Failure.

Without this equipment he will die. They don’t care.

Advanced Home Care Billed Me For Two years for an Oxygen Concentrator that didn't even work.

5-30-18...............I've emailed the company CEO/CFO two times....received ONLY an email from Kingsport,TN Manager...to which was NOT anywhere near my satisfaction!! The Advanced Home Care, to me, is negligent in all ways!! No settlement to this date.............just NOTHING, and to think they are a HOME Care facility..............so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To Whom It May Concern, This is appalling to me, with many other emotions.. one being GOOD, because in finding this date. I AM VERY "THANKFUL" to GOD that I have breath and life after discovering that the Concentrator rented to me April, 2016, (NOTE: 2 Yrs to this month), by ADVANCED HOME CARE had a broken piece, that therefore necessary amount of oxygen 2 lpm, was NOT being supplied to my physical being at nite as prescribed to me, by now retired Dr.Roy, with Pulmonary Associates, Kingsport,TN. The appalling degree IS this Company NEVER approached me, to 'service' and/OR check the Concentrator assigned me!! About two months ago, of my own doing, I just wanted to 'see if the supplied oxygen tank (that must be also supplied to any patient on oxygen, by law, for back up should electrcity be out for whatever reason, a big tank. ONLY lasted me one hour. DID call Advanced Home Care. yeap, they replaced same, which was a tank much smaller, and I was advised Management of Advanced Home Care had decided to supply 'smaller' tank. 4 hour TANK!!! PLLLLLLEASE, should a transformer have to be relplaced. 4 hours to fix a transformer, or any catrostrophic happening, anyone on oxygen could certainly succumb with only such a small supply for oxygen.

Oh yes, more problems I've had ... when first supplied by Advanced Homecare for oxygen at night. of course, they ask for credit card number, get that money. well, that last about 2/4 months because they were double billing me for same, I cancelled that credit card, and have paid by check each month. And, and I've a folder of wasted time, electric bills for electricity for a concentrator that wasn't supplying me oxygen. just running electricity. and MORE MORE!! If anyone is interested, that is a qualified, I can SHOW you OTHER complaints/problems I've had with Advanced Home Care! MY copay being $27.14 plus amount paid by Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MAYBE A SMALL COPAY TO SOME, but NOT a Senior Citizen!!! NO price is worth loosing LIFE, to that reason I was ON OXYGEN to live. and feel much better! ONLY to find in the future IF this lack of 2 years oxygen has affected my health, GOD protected me thru this. and as in my past life I will trust HIM to help me, as HE did thru life, and these last 2 years!!

Think about this. how many persons that may have DIED in their sleep cause the concentrator was NOT supplying sufficient oxygen. yes, DIED, and the family/persons thought just died in their sleep, even on oxygen. That's sad, too sad!

You may also ask, why did not I, Barbara, report same report? There was a very faint of air coming thru, I have NO knowledge how much air at 2 should be. they do, and they SHOULD have periodically phoned to come and check MY CONCENTRATOR...

YES THANK GOD literally I am STill ON THIS EARTH to report this happening. but NOT because Advanced Home Care showed ANY. NO NONE care. hey that's their business. PATIENT, HOME Health CARE or should it be named 'Robbery' to Patients needing HOME CARE. remember. YES, I could have died. DEAD!!!

IN CLOSING: I HAVE PAID MONTHLY, TWO (2) YEARS, FOR CONCENTRATOR THAT WAS 'NOT' SUPPLYING ME OXYGEN THAT I WAS 'PRESCRIBED'. I AM TRULY SO GRATEFUL TO BE ALIVE AND BREATHING, IN LIEU OF IN MY GRAVE. HOPING THIS 'HELPS' ANYONE, YES, ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE RECEIVED SAME OR SIMILAR, HEAVENS NOT WORSE, TREATMENT BY THIS HOME CARE COMPANY

Also if Business ethics are Poor at the Top, that behavior trickles down throughout the entire organization.A business that makes nothing but money is a very poor business.Take Note Advanced Home Care. You might want to listen to your customers
